what is the best way to cope with anxiety, i am a super sensitive person, even people cough can make me anxious, then i interprete that people are coughing to me and they do not like me? should i do yoga or have some religious belief to ease this? or psychotherapy, or seeing psychiatrist? thank you.

it depends on how serious does this affect your life. if you want to seek therapy, start with a psychologist or mental health counselor, not a psychiatrist.
