星星， 你好。我来new york city读书已有2年了。对gay的认识也是从来美国以后，而且慢慢发现自己也有同性的倾向。最近在健身房里发现几千个大块头的中年白人频频向我使眼色。我从来没有这方面的经验，虽然心里想迎上去，但又不敢。我不是个放纵sex的人，但是心里又想放纵一次。不知道怎么样才走出第一步。谢谢！

gym is not a good place to pick up dates. if
there is someone there that you are interested
in, try spending time with them socially outside
the gym. if that works out, you can just date
them normally. some of these people are probably
only interested in sex, this would be a way to
find out.
if you live in nyc alone, i would advice you to
join some gay organizations, make friends that
way. it's much better than dating people you ran
in to at bars or gyms.
